About The Role
As our Club Manager, you'll be the face and driving force of the gym. You'll lead the day-to-day operations with a strong focus on:
* Sales & marketing: drive lead generation, social media, and outreach
* Customer service: ensure every member feels welcome and supported
* Team leadership: oversee personal trainers and ensure a high-performance culture
* Community engagement: build meaningful connections with members and the local area
* Club operations: manage admin, budgets, reporting, and inventory
This is a dynamic, full-time role for someone who loves a challenge and is ready to take ownership of a thriving fitness community.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need to be:
* Results-driven with a passion for hitting sales targets
* Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
* A confident communicator with a strong customer service mindset
* Skilled in social media and digital marketing (especially Facebook & Instagram)
* Community-minded and excited to promote the gym through local outreach
* Able to manage and motivate a team of PTs and staff
* Well-presented and comfortable connecting with people from all walks of life
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
* Certificate III in Fitness (Certificate IV preferred)
* Some experience in personal training/fitness industry or sport and recreation
* Current First Aid & CPR certifications
* Strong administration and people skills
* Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
* Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Ensure that current member acquisition and retention campaigns are implemented consistently.
* Contribute to budget planning and manage budget parameters to achieve financial outcomes for the club.
* Maintain an understanding of profit and loss reporting, how these relate to club operations and the resulting financial outcomes.
* Ensure all membership processes and documentation are completed and recorded accurately.
* Ensure members are provided with all relevant and required information related to their membership.
* Undertake monthly stock counts and ordering of supplies, ensuring Purchase Orders are placed for all required supplies.
* Manage retail stock control for vending machines and Snap merchandise
