Drafting and negotiating a range of construction and infrastructure agreements across sectors such as commercial, retail, industrial and mining. Supporting litigation matters related to payment claims, defects, and security disputes. The ideal candidate: Lawyer with 3-5 years’ PQE, with excellent knowledge of construction obligations for major development projects. A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by excellent academic records. Has a commercial approach, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to work well under pressure within a collegiate team.
