Exciting Opportunity for a Supervisor in VIC

Due to the continued expansion of our Direct and EOL portfolios, we're seeking an experienced supervisor to join our busy VIC team This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of residential and large loss repairs. The Supervisor will predominantly service the Bayside area.

Responsibilities
Engage and coordinate trades to keep projects on track
Monitor project progress and forecast monthly revenue
Prepare schedules and ensure smooth project timelines
Uphold quality standards and ensure WHS compliance
Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional service
Manage budgets to deliver top-quality outcomes
Work closely with our Procurement team to onboard and manage subcontractors and suppliers
What We're Looking For
We value individuals with proven skills in construction supervision, particularly in building repairs across domestic and commercial properties. Ideally, you will also bring:
Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
Excellent communication skills for client, trade, and consultant engagement
Solid knowledge of the construction process, from concept to completion
An understanding of WHS requirements, building codes, and Australian standards
The ability to interpret plans and engineer drawings confidently
