Be the welcoming face of UniSC
In this dynamic role, you\'ll be the first point of contact for future and current students, managing enquiries, delivering front-of-house support, and contributing to student engagement initiatives.
With a focus on professional communication and accurate record-keeping, you'll help create a positive, supportive experience that enhances student success and aligns with the university\'s broader goals.

You will
Effectively manage future and current student matters received via phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries.
Proactively refer students to relevant specialist staff and follow up as required.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with students and staff through professional communication and efficient use of electronic records systems.
About you
You\'re a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to show empathy, maintain confidentiality, and resolve conflicts professionally.
You are digitally savvy with strong experience using CRM systems and thrive in fast-paced environments where you can juggle competing priorities.
Your strengths lie in building relationships across stakeholders, with sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop practical solutions and take initiative when it matters.
You will possess
Relevant experience in a customer-focused environment, or a combination of experience, training, and/or education that demonstrates your ability to succeed in this role.
Demonstrated experience in recognising and responding to a range of student enquiries.
Understanding of challenges that might arise supporting students in distress.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high empathy and effective conflict resolution while maintaining confidentiality.
High level of digital literacy including experience with CRM systems.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use initiative and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
