**Position Purpose**
Manage the daily operations of our recovery and wellness center, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through the implementation of best practices and adherence to high-quality standards.
- Previous supervisory or management experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of wellness and recovery services
- Availability to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Demonstrated passion for health and achieving sales targets.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Legal right to work without restrictions.
- Valid driver's license.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification
**Qualifications**:
- Laser Safety Officer (LSO) Certification
- Advanced Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- Specific Laser Hair Removal Training Accreditation
**Position Overview**
- Oversee daily operations at Derrimut Recovery to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage staff schedules and operations to guarantee sufficient coverage across all services.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of certified professionals, including cryotherapy technicians, hyperbaric chamber operators, and IV drip specialists.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies for customer retention, including loyalty programs and personalized follow-ups.
- Enhance customer retention and loyalty whilst driving growth in new client acquisitions.
- Develop and introduce new service offerings.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Ensure that all recovery services adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local sports teams, health professionals, and wellness influencers to promote Derrimut Recovery.
- Organize and participate in community events and workshops to raise awareness of recovery services.
