The Role

You will play a key role in supporting both clients and internal teams, requiring excellent organizational skills and a friendly, team-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, supporting documentation, room bookings, and invitations.
* Sort, record, and deliver incoming mail; ensure outgoing mail is processed daily.
* Maintain the archiving system, including file retrieval and destruction as required.
* Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, filing, maintaining registers, and reception tasks.
* Answer telephones and manage voicemail messages.
* Handle office deliveries as needed.
* Process new client applications.
* Assist with data entry, including bank reconciliations and transaction recording.

You are an organized and proactive individual with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
