At Bluestone Bar & Kitchen, we are very proud of our premium dining experience, and we have a terrific chance for a sous chef or an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. 
If you are a fully qualified chef who enjoys preparing and serving food to a high level with experience in high-end restaurants, we would love to hear from you. 
Responsibilities 
Supporting the Head Chef in maintaining a high standard of excellence across breakfast, lunch, dinner, functions and special events. 
Stock control and ordering 
Ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations 
Requirements 
Passion for excellent food 
Experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef 
Strong leadership and ability to inspire a team 
Ability to work both collaboratively & independently 
An affable nature and ability to get on with an extended team across multiple departments 
Able to work well under pressure 
Experienced in producing high quality food in a rapid paced workplace
