The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our busy practice. You’ll be working alongside experienced solicitors, providing vital assistance on a range of residential and commercial property matters.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting in the management of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to post-completion
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, leases, and other related disclosure statements
Conducting searches, due diligence, and preparing reports
Liaising with clients, solicitors, real estate agents, and other third parties
Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring compliance with industry legal standard
About You
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Paralegal, ideally within property law
Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property law principles
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused attitude
Proficient in PEXA, LEAP and Microsoft Office
Desirable
Experience with residential and commercial property matters
Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
