In this role, the successful Global Leadership Capability Development Manager will lead the global governance, alignment, and coordination of leadership development activities across Cochlear. You will design and deliver impactful leadership and learning experiences that enable performance and potential for employees worldwide.**Responsibilities include:*** Designing and curating global leadership and employee learning experiences (e.g., Leading The Way, Manager Capability Development, Cochlear Academy).* Aligning learning programs with broader Talent Development strategies including culture, engagement, performance, and well-being.* Reviewing and improving existing learning experiences to ensure relevance and high standards.* Collaborating with regional Talent Development teams and business partners to understand and meet global development needs.* Partnering with external providers to enrich learning solutions and ensure quality delivery.* Supporting continuous improvement and contributing to a safe and effective working environment.This role offers the chance to work with stakeholders across global functions, gain a holistic view of culture and talent management, and contribute directly to building capability that supports Cochlear's business growth.**About You**As we grow our operations, we are looking for people who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers.
