We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding client service and supporting our financial advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their inquiries and needs.
* Assist clients in the onboarding process, explaining services, products, and investment strategies to ensure they are well-informed and comfortable with their financial plans.
* Oversee client accounts, ensuring accuracy, and assisting in account maintenance, transfers, and reporting.
* Keep clients informed about market developments, account performance, and updates related to their financial plans.
* Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively, working closely with the financial advisors to provide timely solutions.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements to better serve our clients.
Requirements:
* At least 18 months experience within the Financial Planning industry.
* Strong implementation experience with knowledge of SoA's and RoA's.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency with financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Exceptional client service orientation and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
