We are delighted to be partnering with a trusted national organisation to recruit a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Leader.
Reporting to an inspiring Executive, this is a key leadership role responsible for setting and executing the organisation's Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategy.
You'll play a pivotal part in shaping a proactive safety culture, embedding psychosocial safety practices, and driving continuous improvement across a diverse and dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities Providing strategic leadership and oversight of safety frameworks, systems and compliance standards.
Driving a strong safety culture through leader engagement, education and accountability.
Leading the implementation of psychosocial safety initiatives and wellbeing programs across the organisation.
Monitoring performance metrics, reporting on key risk and safety indicators, and driving data‑led improvements.
Collaborating with People, Operations and Organisational Development teams to embed wellbeing into leadership, onboarding and employee experience.
Leading, developing and inspiring your small team to deliver operational excellence.
Qualifications Proven experience leading Health, Safety and Wellbeing functions in complex or multi‑site organisations.
Strong knowledge of OHS legislation, compliance and psychosocial safety frameworks.
Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and embed culture change across all levels of the business.
Experience using data and analytics to drive safety performance and risk management.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to coach and empower leaders.
Exposure to or interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance insights and reporting.
