Roles & Responsibilities – Junior Accountant
* As a Junior Accountant, you will support senior team members in delivering high-quality accounting and tax work across a range of clients. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow their technical skills, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Key duties include:
* Assisting with preparation of financial accounts, tax returns, and workpapers
* Completing reconciliations and processing client data accurately
* Organising client documents and maintaining clear records in our systems
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day workflow and administrative tasks
* Participating in training and development to build your accounting capability
About You
You're detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and ready to develop your skills.
You will ideally have:
* Studying or recently completed a qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field
* Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables desirable)
* Good communication and organisational abilities
* A proactive and positive attitude
* Experience in an accounting, admin, office or finance environment (preferred but not essential)
