Offer description

Randstad is currently recruiting experienced Administration Support Officers. Positions are available from 3-6 months with a high view for extension.The location of work is Mount Barker and Murray Bridge. Days of work are Monday-Friday. Full or Part Time hours are available. Pay Rates for these roles range between $37-$40per hour. If you have a background in Reception/Customer Service, General Administration and hold a current National Police Clearance, we would love to hear from you!

The Role:

The positions require a proactive approach to administrative duties and serves as the first point of contact for the office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the reception desk, including incoming emails, phone calls, and face-to-face inquiries.
* Customer service and complaints management
* Correspondence management, courier bookings, and accounts payable transactions
* Human resources support, such as processing payroll documentation, timesheets, and leave applications.
* Records management, including file creation, tracking, and archiving.
* Updating databases and records

Essential Capabilities:

* Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite Skills
* Strong alpha and numerical data entry skills
* Highly developed communication skills
* Well developed communication skills

To be successful you will be immediately available and meet the above criteria. Previous experience within government will be highly regarded.
