An exciting new chance for an Electrical Estimator to be part of our team, assisting with the development and implementation of consistent, high quality estimating processes.This role is also available to suit either an estimator or electrical trades professional who has a desire to transition into Estimating full time.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and managing cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions/proposals for various design, fabrication, and construction projectsConsulting with various internal teamsEngaging with clients, suppliers, and subcontractorsInterpreting contract documentation, plans, building processes and procedures, relevant legislation, standards, and codesCoordinating the overall tender submission process from quantity take-offs and project costing through to analysis of tender documentation and submission preparationTo be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the followingEstablished in the construction Industry – Preferably WA experienceElectrical Trade QualificationElectrical Engineering Degree (Preferred but not mandatory)Minimum 5 years experience in similar roleExperience in multiple electrical sectors - infrastructure, defence, resourcesAbility to use expert estimation software would be good or willingness to learnAbility to understand how to build up self-performed work crewsMUST hold valid Australian Working RightsWhy Join ErtechAt Ertech, We're Committed To Investing In Our People And Creating a Workplace Where You Can Thrive.
