Clinical Facilitator (Student Placement)

The Nursing and Midwifery Education and Research Unit provides education, professional practice development services and clinical practice improvement initiatives for nursing and midwifery staff to facilitate best practice health service delivery requirements.
About the role: The Clinical Facilitator is an experienced clinician who is employed across CQHHS to facilitate, guide and support the learning experiences of student nurses and CQHHS graduate registered nurses. The Clinical Facilitator actively engages in developing a learning culture through face‑to‑face interaction, teaching student nurses and graduate nurses, and liaising with the clinical unit and respective teams.
About you:
* Registered Nurse with AHPRA and current annual practising certificate. A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent is mandatory.
* Successful completion of the preceptor program.
* Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment is highly desirable.
* A relevant postgraduate qualification where clinical education was a component is required. Commitment to complete the required post‑graduate study within an agreed timeframe will be part of the performance review process.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $129,063 includes an hourly rate between $56.08 - $60.05 p.h., 12.75% employer superannuation contribution, and 17.5% leave loading.
