About the role
This is a full-time role based at TURSA’s Management Centre in Tweed Heads, supporting the organisation’s mission to empower people through employment.
As Coordinator – Marketing, you will play an important role in supporting TURSA’s marketing and communication activities by coordinating the delivery of digital content, promotional materials, branding assets and marketing administration. Working under the direction of the Chief Officer – Corporate Services, you will help ensure marketing outputs are professional, consistent, accurate and aligned with TURSA’s strategic objectives.
This role is well suited to an organised, detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys coordinating practical marketing activities, working collaboratively with stakeholders, and supporting the consistent presentation of a purpose-driven organisation across multiple platforms. You will work closely with Senior Management to assist with the planning, development and coordination of marketing initiatives that promote TURSA’s services, programs and community impact. The role provides exposure across digital, communications and branding activities within a large not-for-profit organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating digital content across websites, social media and internal platforms
* Supporting the development and distribution of marketing and promotional materials
* Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing and communication outputs
* Assisting with marketing administration, reporting and records management
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers as required
* Supporting campaigns, events and service promotions aligned with organisational priorities
Some travel within TURSA’s service delivery footprint, from Forster (NSW) to Noosaville (QLD), including occasional overnight stays, may be required.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an organised and detail-focused individual who enjoys coordinating practical marketing activities and working within established guidelines.
You will bring:
* Experience or demonstrated capability in marketing, communications, digital content or a related coordination or administrative role
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Confidence using Microsoft Office 365, websites and digital platforms
