Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to provide in-home care and community-based support for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and daily living assistance to elderly clients
* Support clients to achieve personal goals, independence, and community access
* Assist with social, recreational, and community participation activities
* Manage challenging behaviours and support clients in complex environments
* Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
* Build positive and professional relationships with clients and their families
Skills & Experience
* Experience supporting elderly clients
* Ability to manage challenging clients and environments
* Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
* Commitment to person-centred and respectful care
Mandatory Requirements
* Australian work rights
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check / Verification (or willingness to obtain)
* Minimum 6 months experience as a Support Worker
