About the Role
As a vital team member, you will provide nursing support and ensure patients receive appropriate care in collaboration with Registered Nurses (RNs).
Key Responsibilities
* Assist RNs in providing high-quality patient care for injuries or illnesses.
* Perform care activities including administering vaccinations, wound care, plastering, and providing patient education.
* Conduct diagnostic tests relevant to the patient's condition as directed by the RN.
* Support patient services, greeting and assisting patients, monitoring appointment books, registering patients, and updating registration details as required.
About You
* You must be a current AHPRA-registered Enrolled Nurse.
* Available evenings and weekends.
* Experience in primary care settings, particularly in chronic disease management, prevention, and health promotion is desirable.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent attention to detail.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle escalations, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
