Area Head Chef - Central Coast and Far West

Are you an experienced Chef and leader passionate about service and innovation? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our Regional Hospitality Management team. This full-time role involves leading and mentoring culinary teams across the Central Coast and Far West regions, with a focus on resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and culinary excellence.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading by example to create a WOW factor in food quality and service.
2. Mentoring Head Chefs, Team Leaders, and broader catering staff.
3. Implementing innovative food products and practices.
4. Supporting team success through coaching, training, and coverage when needed.
5. Traveling to various homes for accreditation, food authority visits, and team support.
6. Ensuring food safety and compliance with mandatory regulations.
7. Collaborating with support services and Wellbeing and Lifestyle teams.
