Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and team supervision. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory accuracy while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
* Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock audits.
* Develop and implement warehouse policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
* Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, shrinkage, and productivity.
* Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance.
* Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
* Manage warehouse budget, cost control, and vendor relationships.
* Implement warehouse management systems (WMS) and process improvements.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in handling large-scale warehouse operations.
* Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Lean management or Six Sigma certification (added advantage)
