What We Expect From Our Head Waiters
* A passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
* Well-presented, personable, and professional
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* Confident carrying 3 plates and performing full beverage tray service
* Comfortable working across a variety of events â from conferences and cocktail parties to weddings and large-scale functions
* Proven leadership in supervising or supporting FOH teams
* Valid QLD RSA and full working rights in Australia
* Other FOH or barista skills are highly regarded
