The have an opportunity for a Production Controller to join their team who will be responsible for Manufacturing and Maintenance planning
This is Permanent F/T role based in Adelaide
Your new role:
As a Production Controller you will :
* Develop new/maintain current preventative maintenance plans for plant and equipment
* Provide the Manufacturing business line schedule that will achieve production objectives
* Investigate and analyse production problems and provide solutions
* Plan resources required to execute job orders within time constraints and implement cycle time analysis reporting
* Generate and release shop floor with packs from the ERP system
* Implement TPM standards and Schedules and facilitate team member training
* Maintain and update CMMS systems
* Order, receive and supervise required material to assist maintenance activities
* Coordinate plant shutdowns and support all HS&E procedures and Policies
* Provide technical support for onsite maintenance activities
* Educate and mentor team members and foster a coaching and leadership environment
About you
As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you’ll have:
* A tertiary degree in mechanical/manufacturing Engineering ( preferred)
* Experience and Understanding of Lean Principles
* Project management experience on small to medium projects
* Strong analytical abilities with a natural ability to manipulate data for accurate analysis
* Development and planning experience in Total Preventative Maintenance
* Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
* Professional, friendly energetic and customer focussed attitude
* Be a self starter committed to meet deadlines and achieve results
* Flexibility with working hours as required
