You will have the opportunity to develop and establish an effective document control procedure to support our project teams across QLD.
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date records of all information, correspondence, and documentation and ensuring it is available in a timely and comprehensive manner to the project team.
- Day to day will manage project registers and information systems involving project correspondence, designs, scope variations, quality
- Establishing precedence and providing advice to the project management team.
- Interface with our client's document control team upstream and our subcontractors downstream to establish and control the document control process through the project lifecycle.inspections, and other project documentation.
- Control and distribute program documentation including the receipt, issue, registration, distribution, storage and record retention of documentation
- Baseline all tasks in the configuration management system, ensuring documentation is included and up to date, ensuring integrity of the system
- Manage the receipt and processing of incoming data deliverables from Suppliers, Subcontractors and the Customer
- Prepare and deliver outgoing data to Suppliers, Subcontractors and the Customer
- Collaborate effectively and develop strong relationships with range of stakeholders
- Ensure the program document control process is best practice and suggest improvements
- Educate program team members on the effective use of the configuration management system
**Education and Work Experience**:
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge in the usage of Document Control Management Systems
- Good understanding of Engineering change management processes
- Ability to work with and communicate at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders
- Great time management with ability to coordinate, prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- High level of attention to details
- Knowledgeable with tools like MS Office, MS Sharepoint MS Teams and the likes.
