We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our operations team. As a key member, you will be responsible for safely transporting and operating earthmoving equipment.
* Operate float trucks to transport equipment
* Secure and load machinery in compliance with safety regulations
* Perform pre-start checks and basic vehicle maintenance
* Maintain accurate logbooks and documentation
* Communicate effectively with workshop and project staff
About You:
* Current MC Licence (required)
* Experience with float work and oversized loads
* Sound knowledge of load restraint and heavy haulage requirements
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work autonomously and follow schedules
* A commitment to safe driving and workplace practices
