Due to continued growth within their residential division, our client is now seeking an enthusiastic and well organised Property Manager to assist with the management of a medium-sized portfolio with leasing and accounts support.

**The Person**
- Previous experience in a Property Manager role essential
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Strong work ethic and top-notch problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Immaculate personal presentation
- A strong knowledge of the Hills District marketplace and demographic would be preferred
**The Position**
In the role of Property Manager your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 120 residential properties
- Manage client relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
- Prepare for and attend Tribunals as required
- Maintenance and repairs as required
- Arrears management
- Rent reviews and lease negotiations
