Talent Engagement Advisor
to join our team on a 3-month contract to
support a new project
focused on frontline recruitment for doctors and nurses. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact by helping us attract and engage the best talent to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
Screen CVs and applications, shortlisting high-potential candidates for phone screens.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, managers, and recruiters, ensuring smooth scheduling and efficient processes.
Manage recruitment deliverables within agreed timeframes, proactively raising risks and suggesting solutions when targets are at risk.
Provide candidates with timely updates, feedback, and advice throughout the recruitment process.
Process offers and coordinate background checks, including criminal record checks and references.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Work in line with our Capability Framework to strengthen the overall talent profile of the business.
About You
Proven experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment, ideally in a high-volume environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused with strong attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly; experience with
SuccessFactors
is preferred.
