* Prepare and manage civil documentation packages, ensuring quality, compliance with relevant standards, and timely delivery within budget.
* Liaise and coordinate with clients, stakeholders, the broader design team, and authorities to resolve design issues and integrate civil works with other disciplines.
* Apply a holistic understanding of civil design to meet key project objectives.
* Use your initiative and technical knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
* Produce high-quality designs, documentation, specifications, and reports.
* Prepare tender responses, including defining scope and pricing for medium-complexity civil projects.

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who brings:
* A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* CPEng accreditation or actively working towards it.
* 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, minimum 2 years in the ACT region.
* Proven expertise in designing and coordinating:
o Stormwater systems
o Roads and car parks
o Pavements and retaining walls
o Water and sewer mains
* Strong knowledge of ACT planning processes, including NCA, EPSDD, Icon Water, and TCCS standards and approvals.
* Demonstrated project management skills, with a track record of delivering on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
