The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating rostering, payroll issues, recruitment, Workcover/QSuper, leave management and staffing concerns.
About the Role
This position is accountable and responsible for supporting planning, coordination, evaluation and management of Operational Services. Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating rostering and payroll processes;
* Supporting the Operational Services Coordinator with recruitment, Workcover/QSuper, leave management and staffing concerns;
* Assisting with departmental changes and implementing new procedures as required.
Key Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A high level of knowledge and experience working in Operational Services;
* Effective interpersonal skills with ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively across a range of electronic mediums;
* Experience in roster management ensuring compliance with industrial instruments and organisational goals.
