About the Role
This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment where you will be responsible for developing and implementing lifestyle activities and programs that promote the social, psychological, recreational cultural and spiritual wellbeing of residents.
You will work closely with residents to understand their preferences and needs, and plan and deliver innovative events and activities that cater to their interests. As a member of the leadership team, you will also provide coaching, supervision and guidance to the lifestyle team.
The ideal candidate will have a kind heart and passion for providing high quality care to the elderly, along with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or similar qualification is also required.
