Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight and development of bid content libraries in MS Word and PowerPoint
* Creation of client-targeted presentations, including shortlist presentations and proactive pitches
* Ensuring documents and presentations meet brand, compliance, and formatting standards
* Curation of boilerplate responses and management of version control and updates
* Enhancement of proposal and presentation content by tracking usage, gaps, and content effectiveness
* Presentation and explanation of design concepts to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Certificate or diploma in desktop publishing, graphic arts, or related field
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
* Proficiency in Qvidian's content library and automation templates
* Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
* Ability to interpret editorial, compliance, and stakeholder feedback
