Ecology Survey Lead
We are seeking a dynamic professional to coordinate and lead field-based ecology survey work, including baseline surveys, monitoring programs, and targeted flora and weed assessments across various bioregions.

* Manage ecological projects, supporting clients with multi-disciplinary tenders and deliverables.
* Plan, deliver, and analyse ecology surveys independently or collaboratively, performing impact assessments and designing mitigation strategies.
The successful candidate will have a strong focus on ecological consulting, vegetation assessments, or related fieldwork, with excellent field skills and experience conducting surveys in various environments, including mining, remote, and Perth Metro areas.
They will also have strong technical reporting skills proficiency in GIS desktop and data collection packages (e.g., ESRI ArcGIS), as well as a WA driving licence and ability to work outdoors on short and extended field programs.

Requirements:
* Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., ecology, biology, environmental science).
* Proven experience in ecology survey work, including baseline surveys, monitoring programs, and targeted flora and weed assessments.
* Excellent field skills and experience conducting surveys in various environments.
Proficiency in GIS desktop and data collection packages (e.g., ESRI ArcGIS) is essential. A WA driving licence and ability to work outdoors on short and extended field programs are also required.
Strong technical reporting skills and ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders are essential for this role.
