Full-scope optometry with OCT, visual fields, retinal cameras in all locations, plus advanced tech (widefield, topographer, ortho-K, Rexon) in central hubs. 30-60 minute consults + daily admin/emergency time - designed for quality care, not volume. Strong dispenser support, so you can stay focused on patients. No late nights or Sundays - just 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (9am–1pm). Outreach opportunities available for those interested.
