To reinforce our retail teams, we are currently recruiting a
YOUR MISSION:
Reporting to the Panerai Boutique Manager, the Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for achieving personal sales targets, contributing to the boutique's objectives, developing the client panel, and establishing a best-in-class customer experience by delivering high operational and service standards while adhering to Panerai procedures and policies.
The Assistant Boutique Manager acts as an ambassador of Panerai's image both in the boutique and during off-site events.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
* Drive performance to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs, maximizing business profitability.
* Participate in analyzing performance to identify business needs and translate them into individual actions and objectives.
* Partner with the Boutique Manager to lead the team in successfully implementing and achieving business growth in new retail channels.
* Ensure operations comply with company policies while continuously improving boutique functioning.
* Maintain boutique image according to brand standards.
* Conduct in-store training, daily briefs, on-floor coaching, and provide constructive feedback.
* Establish and implement individual objectives and development plans with the Manager.
* Support the annual review process for boutique staff and assess team and individual performances in the Manager's absence.
