We are seeking General Practitioners for permanent positions within a well-supported and community-led Aboriginal Health Service
This is an excellent opportunity for GPs who are passionate about delivering culturally safe, patient‑centred care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in a region with strong clinical demand and a supportive team environment.

The Role:
* Join a team of 12 part‑time GPs across 13 consult rooms
* Morning walk‑in model, afternoon appointments
* Variety of dedicated clinics including:
o Chronic Disease, Child Health, Antenatal, and Primary Health
* Work alongside Aboriginal Health Practitioners, nurses, and Allied Health professionals
This AMS is currently in a growth and transition phase, following the closure of two other practices in the region. The clinic has seen a significant increase in patient demand, creating an opportunity for new GPs to have a lasting impact in the community.
Support & Structure:
* 5 minutes to Broome Hospital, 2-3 minutes to Urgent Care
* Access to GP Registrars and ongoing professional development
* MMEx software in use
* Multidisciplinary team environment with strong cultural and clinical support
* Minimal on‑call requirements (occasional aged care support)
* Salary from $245,000 FTE
* Remote area bonus: $1,300 p.a.
* Relocation allowance up to $5,000 (with receipts)

* Full‑time hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Requirements:
* Can consider APHRA General / Specialist
* GP must have AMS interest or background
* Work rights within Australia
