- Due to a recent resignation in our Customer Service team we are on the hunt for an exceptional applicant to join our team in what is a fantastic opportunity.
- You will report directly into the Commercial Operations and Supply Chain Director Nutrition, ANZ. You will be energetic, a team player but can also work automously. You will have experience in leading and growing a small team. This role will work closely with sales, planning and finance teams to ensure end to end process is optimal, further to these but not limited to additional tasks as below;- Partner with our 3rd party logistics providers to ensure customer orders delivered in full and on time
- Train and Develop 2 x Customer Service & Logistics Executives
- Process customer orders and contracts from large food and beverage manufacture
- Share visibility of open orders with customers
- Escalation point for customer issues and complaints
- Internal reporting and projects
- Systems lead for order to cash processes
**Your Profile**
- Along with being a team player, you will also be motivated and able to motivate others, you will be solution focus and customer centric, further to these you will also bring to the position:
- Minimum 5 years' experience dealing with B2B customers in Supply Chain, Logistics, Freight Forwarding or related field
- Intermediate to advance Microsoft Office suite skills
- Excellent time management skills
- People management skills
- Financial acumen, performance and results driven
- Ability to understand and relay technical information
- Great communication and ability to build a rapport with stakeholders (internal and external)
- Ability to travel on occasions
