**What's the role?**
- 6 month maternity leave contract
- Manage a portfolio of clients through the various product solution options offered, and then planning, developing and organising their advertising campaigns to support the sales objectives through a consultative sale process.
- Consult clients at all levels, from sales staff to executives, on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach their identified target market, in order to improve their response effectiveness and increase their return on investment.
- Manage a sales pipeline to deliver a monthly sales target.
- Managing the campaign production of advertising campaigns involving specialised activities, such as artwork creation and design, when clients elect that option.
- Supplying campaign performance data and analysing the results in order to advise clients on campaign effectiveness and ongoing campaign adjustments.
- Interpreting and presenting audience research to determine characteristics for new goods and services to be promoted in future campaigns.
- Providing supportive advertising and lead generation strategies in order to meet business growth strategies and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, whilst delivering the required return on investment.
- Interpreting and consulting on our product and segment market research to identify new opportunities for products and associated services.
- Providing feedback and workflow visibility on all marketing activities such as client inventory management, product advice, distribution options and effective campaign management maximisation.

- Track record of hitting targets and achieving goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to work independently, take initiative, be organized, and manage your priorities while delivering high-quality work
- Adaptable - can work effectively in an ever-changing, fast-paced and dynamic workplace
- Disciplined when it comes to forecasting & reporting, and can build an effective sales pipeline and you know how to convert
- Ability to work in high-paced environment
- Takes ownership of the role's responsibilities & accountabilities, taking the initiative to succeed and not always waiting for direction
- A highly engaged and driving member of the Sales Team
