The role focuses on advancing the School’s mission through engagement with corporate, government, and not-for-profit clients, enhancing the reach and impact of customised leadership development programs that align with institutional objectives. The role provides the opportunity to lead business development initiatives and drive new corporate education opportunities across corporate, government, and not-for-profit sectors. You will prepare and submit high-quality proposals and tenders, engage with prospective clients to understand their leadership development needs, and develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach. You will also maintain CRM systems, track opportunities, and ensure smooth handover of secured programs to internal teams for delivery. As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate strong business development skills, including the ability to generate opportunities and meet ambitious growth targets. You will bring exceptional communication and presentation skills, advanced planning and organisational capabilities, and high-level proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools. Your analytical, research and problem-solving skills, combined with well-honed relationship-building and networking abilities, will enable you to navigate complex environments with confidence and impact.
