What We Are Looking For
* Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience. We love candidates who have a \"Helpdesk to Hardware\" mindset or have recently transitioned from the ADF/Army.
* Technical Base: CCNA level knowledge with a strong interest in Wireless technologies.
* Security Credentials: You must hold an active NV1 or Baseline security clearance (AGSVA).
* Location: Based in or willing to work in Canberra (ACT).
The Associate Journey
* Month 1: Integration into the client team with localized support and initial IDP (Individual Development Plan) discussion.
* Quarterly: Formal Triad IDP reviews with your manager to track workload, feedback, and training milestones.
* Community: Quarterly team-building and social events with your fellow FinXL Associates.
