ABOUT THE ROLE Lead People and Culture initiatives ensuring they align with our business objectives.
Play a key role in organisation wide communication, change management and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement strategies and programs to create and ensure a safe workplace so that we attract and retain employees.
Drive the administration, maintenance and improvement of CS#1 Quality System.
As part of the leadership team preserve our vision to enable, enhance and enrich communities.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering capability growth and a client focussed mindset.
Consideration will be given to filling this role on aFull Time orPart Time arrangement.
ABOUT YOU Passionate about enabling a community-based organisation to thrive through its people.
At least 10 years' experience in senior People & Culture role that includes driving organisational change, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to influence culture, develop our people and align people strategies with the organisation's priorities.
Thorough understanding of employment legislation and industrial relations frameworks.
Strong commitment to creating a safe, inclusive and equitable workplace.
High emotional intelligence with advanced relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills.
