This integrated system will enhance patient care, clinician efficiency, coordination, and communication among healthcare providers, as well as support data-driven decision-making through real-time insights.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate activities, monitor progress, and prepare project documentation.

* Assist in engaging stakeholders and ensuring project milestones are met.

* Collaborate with the Parkville Health Services and EMR teams to scope and plan implementation.

Requirements:

* Relevant tertiary qualification in health, business, or project management.
">
* Project experience and an understanding of project methodologies.
">
* Knowledge of health systems (EMR) and digital health.
">
* Strong teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Genuine interest in developing your career in health projects.
