About the Role
My Therapy Crew is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead the performance, people, and culture of our clinic(s). This senior leadership role is ideal for a qualified Allied Health Professional with experience leading clinical teams and driving operational and cultural excellence.
You will oversee Lead and Senior Therapists, support clinic performance, and ensure clinical practice aligns with MTC's vision and values. Depending on clinic size, personal billable expectations may apply, with performance bonuses linked to clinic outcomes.
As a cultural leader, you will model MTC's values, foster a supportive team environment, and champion learning, engagement, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
* Lead and manage clinical teams and ensure professional development
* Oversee caseloads, diaries, and utilisation targets (69% billable)
* Support scheduling, administrative decisions, and procedural exceptions
People & Performance Management
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and staff exits
* Support career progression, development, and regular staff check-ins
* Collaborate with HR/Finance and liaise on performance matters
Strategic & Operational Alignment
o Align clinic operations with organisational strategy and KPIs
o Represent clinical perspective across leadership and administration
o Partner with Business Management on logistics and resources

About You
