The successful candidate will be responsible for:


* Liaising with landlords and tenants regarding rental agreements, maintenance requests, and general property concerns.
* Efficiently managing rent reviews, ensuring optimal revenue streams for the organization.

To excel in this role, you should possess:


* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in property management or related field.
* Possession of a current PM Licence from the relevant authority.
