Who We're Looking For
You are an experienced Educational Leader who:
* Is not afraid to speak out. The standard you walk past, is the standard you accept. We want someone who has grit and resilience, who is kind and empathetic
* Has a minimum 2 years experience as an Educational Leader in an early childhood environment
* Is qualified or willing to train: You hold (or are pursuing) a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and care
* Is team-oriented: You thrive in a positive culture and value respectful relationships
* Is values-led: You live and breathe our WIRE values — WONDER, INTEGRITY, RESPECT, EMPOWERMENT
* Is committed to growth: You're a lifelong learner, passionate about supporting children's development and your own
* Is a clear communicator: You're organised and an excellent coordinator
* Has a clear understanding of their obligations regarding Child Safe Standards.
* Holds current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
* Has a valid Working with Vulnerable People Card
