* Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the layout and installation requirements.
* Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, smoothing, and applying necessary treatments.
* Mix and apply appropriate plaster materials, ensuring consistency and quality in craftsmanship.
* Collaborate with construction teams, ensuring timelines are met and adhere to safety regulations.
* Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Provide guidance and supervision to junior plasterers as required.
Desired Experience:
* A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in fibrous plastering or a related field.
