About the Role:
We strive to make tennis accessible, enjoyable and engaging for everyone. Our programs focus on growing grassroots participation and offer a range of activities that combine tennis, fitness and fun.
As a Customer Experience Officer, you will provide excellent service to our members, coaching students and customers. This includes ensuring high levels of customer service and efficiency across various areas such as court hire, membership, programs and more.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and professional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face
* Sell merchandise, book courts and assist with tennis-related enquiries
* Maintain front-of-house areas, including the pro shop and café
* Deliver administration and customer service support for tournaments, social leagues and initiatives
