This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity (38 hours per week) reporting directly to the Head of Brand and Marketing and will work onsite at our Macquarie Park Headquarters.

You'll make a difference in this role by:
* Assessing, developing, and executing the NextSense digital marketing strategy, ensuring system, platform, delivery and reporting meet the needs of the whole organisation.
* Managing the NextSense digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to websites, social channels and e-commerce, optimising for awareness, services acquisition and fundraising purposes.
* Executing the organisation's digital marketing strategy that supports our ambition across brand awareness, community management, local area marketing, acquisition and communications.
* Managing and maintaining the organisation's web assets, including the main website, as an administrator overseeing front and back-end governance.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues in Marketing and Communications to produce effective and on-brand digital content across our web and social presence.
* Reviewing, evaluating, and reporting on digital activity, measuring against performance benchmarks and establishing goals around key dimensions and metrics.
* Providing guidance on and/or deploying program and digital campaign activities as required, including content development and digital deployment.
* Keeping abreast of engaging methods for delivering digital content on existing and emerging platforms, ensuring the user experience is at the centre of planning.
* Managing external agency partners to provide technical website support and projects as needed.
* Developing and executing the organisation's strategy to maximise the effectiveness of resources and grants, driving SEO and SEM.
* Working collaboratively with Marcomms and other areas of the organisation on third party website integrations, and improving the user experience for their web pages.
* Acting as the digital marketing business partner to NextSense departments, programs, services or sites, providing expertise and guidance on a range of digital strategies.
* Providing support and guidance to NextSense staff on the use of the NextSense brand, logo and key messages to ensure NextSense communications and tone remain consistent across all digital channels and materials.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You:
* Undergraduate and/or Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing, Media, Communications or related discipline and/or relevant experience in a similar role.
* Previous experience in fundraising, or community acquisition digital roles.
* Copywriting and communications management experience.
* Experience in the non-profit, disability, education or health arena.
* An understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme and its impact on clients and service organisations.
* Sensitivity to issues associated with the publication of material about children and adults with disabilities.
* Formal qualifications in digital, web or social media and a solid understanding of Google Analytics 4 and Craft. (Desirable)
* Significant track record assessing, developing and implementing successful organisational-wide digital strategies.
* Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of current and emerging digital technologies, platforms and measurement tools to drive awareness and acquisition.
* Demonstrated experience using digital analytics to improve social and website performance and the user experience.
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities to ensure an organisational-wide, consistent digital presence.
* Ability to navigate multiple competing priorities and diplomatically manage internal and external stakeholder expectations.
* Demonstrated experience in project management, and the ability to work in a high-volume, high-output team environment.
* Demonstrated interest and commitment to working in the hearing and vision industry.
* Valid Working With Children Check and National Criminal Record Check (or willingness to obtain).
