**GHAR Real Estate** is seeking Real Estate Agents for entry level and experienced sales positions. Very attractive Commissions than any other real estate in the area.
The Real Estate Agent will have also have an opportunity from just commissions to **salary plus commission** after three months with Ghar Real Estate based upon performance of the agent as a retainer wage. This is a great perk to have a salary as a Real Estate Agent.
**Your Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold-calling, and other marketing strategies.
Show properties to clients and provide information on property features and local market conditions.
Negotiate deals and finalize sales.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Keep updated with the latest real estate market trends and regulations.
**Qualifications**:
Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Real Estate Agents license Victoria
Must be available to work flexible hours.
