We're looking for a passionate and experienced Service Technician (Apprentice) to join our agile John Deere business unit in Lismore.

What You'll Be Doing
Use John Deere and RDO systems internal for technical resources, and John Deere University (JDU) for OEM training.
Develop mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fundamentals aligned to John Deere Technician Levels 1–3.
Follow diagnostic and fault‐finding processes, including John Deere 7‐Step Diagnostics and basic CAN‐bus systems.
Carry out pre‐delivery inspections, machine setup, testing, and documentation in line with RDO and John Deere standards.
Gain exposure to John Deere Precision Ag and advanced technology systems as competency develops.
Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners.
Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
