This role provides an amazing opportunity to gain one‑on‑one experience from experienced and proven Agents within the Port Phillip area.
Key Responsibilities
Answering phones and handling sales enquiries
Calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external parties to coordinate a variety of tasks/appointments and meetings
Database management and client communications, including prospecting and lead generation
Prioritise & manage tasks for the team & follow through issues in a timely manner
Assisting with open homes and private inspections
Liaise with the marketing team to ensure that all sale campaigns are completed accurately and on time
Ensure that all new vendor experiences reflect our brand values and service
Qualifications
Prior experience in real estate industry preferred
A current Victorian Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
Reliable car and drivers license
Finely tuned negotiation skills
Excellent phone manner
Corporate presentation
An eye for attention to detail
Strong computer skills
Organised, reliable and willing to take on a diverse range of tasks
