Domestic Assistant – Kalgoorlie and surrounds – WA
We're recruiting Domestic Assistants for a casual role, mainly needed Monday–Friday between 8:00am and 3:00pm.
Applicants must live in Binduli, Boulder, Broadwood, Brown Hill, Coolgardie, Hannans, Kalgoorlie, Kambalda East, Kambalda West, Kanowna, Kurnalpi, Lakewood, Lamington, Mullingar, Parkeston, Piccadilly, Somerville, South Boulder, South Kalgoorlie, Victory Heights, West Kalgoorlie, West Lamington, or Williamstown.
Domestic Assistants support clients to maintain independence by providing domestic assistance, general housekeeping, meal preparation and social support. The role involves traveling between clients' homes, following a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app, so a reliable vehicle and ability to work autonomously are essential.

What we're looking for
* 3–6 months Domestic/Industrial cleaning experience.
* A valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle that is appropriately insured and in good condition.
* Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, traveling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.
The role
* Provide high‐quality support that promotes client independence.
* Deliver domestic assistance and general housekeeping tasks.
* Prepare meals and support clients with basic nutrition needs.
* Provide social support and assist clients to remain engaged in their community.
* Follow a predetermined schedule while traveling between clients' homes.
* Use a mobile app to access and follow digital schedules and care plans independently.
* Maintain unrestricted access to a reliable vehicle for travel between visits.
